North Coast Clinical Psychology is an established clinical psychology practice providing services to adults in the Northern Rivers region. The goal of the project was to create a calm, professional website that supports patient trust, clearly explains services, and makes it easy for clients to book appointments online. What We Did We designed and built a new website with a strong focus on clarity, accessibility and professionalism. The scope included: Website design and development with a calm, minimalist aesthetic Clear presentation of psychological services and treatment approaches Integration with an external online booking system Sourcing and selection of appropriate, non stock feeling imagery Healthcare compliant content written to inform and educate The site structure was carefully planned to support both new and returning clients, making information easy to find without overwhelming visitors. Design Direction The visual approach was intentionally restrained and minimal. Clean layouts, considered spacing and neutral tones help create a sense of calm and safety, which is particularly important in a mental health setting. The design avoids unnecessary visual noise while still feeling warm and approachable. Compliant Content & Patient Experience All written content was developed with healthcare compliance in mind. The focus is on education and clarity rather than promises or outcomes, ensuring the site meets professional and regulatory expectations. Language was kept clear and respectful, helping clients understand services and what to expect before making contact. Online Booking Integration The website integrates seamlessly with an external booking system, allowing clients to move easily from reading about services to booking an appointment. This improves the overall user experience while keeping practice administration efficient and reliable.
